Best practices for BPT @ HP Discover 2011
HP Discover 2011 is the biggest HP conference in the history. The event earlier was conducted under the name HP Universe, but this time around HP has combined it with their hardware division as well. The conference is scheduled for 6th Jun – 10th Jun 2011 @ Las Vegas, NV.
I am glad to announce that HP gave me an opportunity to speak at the conference. I have been working with HP Business Process Testing for more than 2 years now. With different projects and frameworks need the learning curve has been steep. I would be presenting some of my thoughts on the best practices I believe could help you attain more from your BPT framework. The HP session id and link for the same is listed below
The session is scheduled on 10th Jun 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM. The abstract of the session is as below
“HP Business Process Testing (BPT) has gained popularity in recent years as businesses look to reduce test maintenance and speed up test-creation efforts. Its tight integration with HP Quality Center and Application Lifecycle Management offers an easy-to-use interface for creating business process tests and makes it easier for manual testers and business analysts to maintain test cases. However, it’s easy to get carried away and make your framework solution more complicated than necessary. Attend this session and learn how a hard focus on simplicity allows you to get the most out of your BPT implementation. You’ll come away with best practices for building your framework efficiently and effectively.”
